Tidioute Borough is a small community nestled in a valley in the foothills of the Allegheny mountains. Through a partnership with PA Humanities, Tidioute became a 2021 Heart & Soul community. Tidioute residents recognize that these challenges require a broader, creative approach to revitalization, which is why they have embraced the Heart & Soul process.
