A Community Heart & Soul Seed Grant recipient, this South Carolina community looked to the Community Heart & Soul model to ensure input from all residents. Through partnership with the Arras Foundation, residents in Great Falls have been working to identify what matters most about their community, what future they want for it, and how to achieve it.
