Through a partnership with Community Foundation of St. Clair County, Emmett Township, Michigan has launched Yale Area Community Heart & Soul. Residents of Emmett Township, Michigan are working to re-engage the community, building on previous efforts to ensure every voice is heard through involving everyone with Community Heart & Soul. The exciting goal of Heart & Soul is to activate residents to take part in shaping their community's future.
