Community Heart & Soul Welcomes Paul Tucker as Marketing Associate

Community Heart & Soul is excited to announce Paul Tucker has joined the team as our new Marketing Associate. In this role, he will focus on expanding the organization’s reach and sharing the impact of our work with new communities nationwide.
Paul brings a broad range of experience in helping businesses and organizations connect more deeply with their audiences. His career has supported everything from independent crowdfunding passion projects to global B2B organizations, showcasing his ability to pair creativity with strategy across diverse platforms. A graduate of the University of New Haven with a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Digital Media, Paul brings both hands-on expertise and a strong creative lens to his work.

As Marketing Associate, Paul will focus on elevating Community Heart & Soul’s visibility, amplifying stories from Heart & Soul towns, and supporting outreach efforts that encourage more communities to adopt the program. His work will be key in advancing the organization’s mission of engaging residents, strengthening trust, and building vibrant small cities and towns across the U.S.
