COMMUNITY HEART & SOUL® WELCOMES CAROLINE BIDDLE MCKENZIE AS MARKET DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

SHELBURNE, VT (January 14, 2025) – Community Heart & Soul, a nonprofit organization building stronger, healthier, and more economically vibrant small cities and towns across the United States, is pleased to announce the hiring of South Burlington resident Caroline Biddle McKenzie as Market Development Associate. In this role, she will focus on driving the organization’s impact and fostering new partnerships across the country.

Caroline brings a wealth of experience in relationship building and outreach to Community Heart & Soul. Most recently, Caroline spearheaded a new position for Champlain Community Services as their Recruitment Outreach Coordinator, demonstrating her ability to forge meaningful connections and inspire transformational change. She also managed EatingWell Magazine’s Direct-to-Retail Sales Program and worked with Vermont Specialty Producers, showcasing her talent for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships.

In her new position, Caroline will focus on identifying and engaging with potential towns, cities, and partners across the country seeking solutions to community engagement. She will utilize her expertise in relationship building and outreach to nurture connections that align with Community Heart & Soul’s mission of involving everyone, playing the long game, and focusing on what matters most to residents. She will coordinate educational presentations, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and help drive the program’s continued growth and impact.
